In Discord INABAKUMORI#0925 posted a solution to the error 33% / 99% loading crash of the Tower of Fantasy PC client

Tower of Fantasy client crash solution

Open Windows 10 Settings > Apps

Then select Optional features

Then Add a Feature and find Graphics tools. Install Graphics Tools.

Once Graphics Tools is installed, open Windows + R and type dxcpl > Ok.

DirectX Properties will open. Select Edit List. In the window that opens, specify the path to the two files QRSL.exe and tof_launcher.exe (see the screenshot below). Specify your path to the Tower of Fantasy folder. And do the following steps as shown in the screenshot below.

Restart your computer.
