The quest From Outer Lands can be taken from one of the halves of the ship. The map below shows the coordinates of the two parts.
When you find the first half of the ship, the quest to find the second part of the wreck is activated.
Where to find the wreckage of the ship
After you find two parts of the ship, all you have to do is find debris in the water. to check the debris, you need to swim up to the bubble and look around.
Only 3 places of wreckage, you need to check all 3 places. Below is a screenshot of the exact location.
After three examinations, a mechanism appears that must be destroyed with the help of your boat's weapon.
